Price List

From October 1 to April 30 + € 100,00 for heating for each week. Rates for week, from saturday to saturday.
For couples we apply a 5% discount
The apartments are available 16 hours on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. When booking a deposit must be paid 20% of the total, the balance will be due upon arrival. The reservation is valid after the payment of the deposit.
Rates Doesn't Include
Touristic tax: Euro 1,50 per day per person starting from 14 years old. Prices Include:
Light, water, gas, linen and use of the swimming pool.
